A WAKE UP CALL COURTESY VISIT TO THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR CATHOLIC EDUCATION SERVICES MAKURDI DIOCESE, ON THE 10TH OF DECEMBER, 2025. BY (SVFSAI AND NSSRCC/NSCDC-BNSC)

A courtesy visit was made to the Director of Catholic Education Services, Makurdi Diocese, Rev. Fr. Peter Apagher, by the CEO of the Safe and Violence Free School Advocacy Initiative (SVFSAI), Mr. Shisha Chia, and the NSCDC Benue State Safe Schools Coordinator, ACC Agaku Richard. The visit sought collaboration to address school security threats, disasters, bullying, and sexual harassment. The team aims to strengthen school safety through training of school administrators and staff on Safe School principles, emergency preparedness, and response planning.
